Packet Loss and Latency Issues on Large Scale Battle Maps/Gamemodes

I have the same issue as well on larger scale maps i get this slow motions my weapon fire slower - i stutter when i move around in my aim

i have i5-13400F .   4070 and 16G ram im getting a stable 130-144 fps with FG on and 70-100 without FG on i narrow it down to latency issue
