I have the exact same problem since the game's last update (17 october). Before that everything worked fine with a 13th Gen i7-13620H, RTX 4060 laptop, 16 GB RAM on 1440p medium settings. But now I can only play small scale matches, otherwise I'm playing in slowmotion.
