Packet losses

I downloaded free version of battlefield6 (Redsec) to see how it gows cause i wanted to buy the game. Everything runs smoothly in guntlet and battle royale regemes but when i played these modes from the free trial version i had terrible packet losses. So in short evrything is okay with redsec, but unplayable packet losses in breakthrough and other modes. My internet connection is stable, i've updated dravers and cleared cahce and other games are working without a problem.
Can you please help me solve the problem
