PAID BATTLE PASS ITEMS ARE UNUSABLE - FIX COSMETICS (PC / Steam)
I purchased the Battle Pass on PC (Steam) expecting to immediately access and use the cosmetic items I paid for, but the inability to equip skins is completely unacceptable. Currently, several Blueprints and Skins that are clearly marked as unlocked in my inventory cannot be selected in the loadout menu. For example, the LMG L110 "Canis Lups" skin and the NATO Sniper Rifle "Speak No Evil" skin are both completely inaccessible when I go to customize the weapons. I am essentially unable to use paid content, which is a core issue that needs to be prioritized immediately.
The fact that I paid money for content that is functionally locked is frustrating and unprofessional. We need a swift fix for Battle Pass items failing to equip. DICE/EA, this is a customer-facing issue related to purchased goods, we expect what we pay for to work! This glitch extends beyond just cosmetics, as I also cannot customize the attachments on the PSR Sniper Rifle Blueprint (which I unlocked via the Battle Pass) because its base version is still locked, which clearly indicates a fundamental failure in how your Battle Pass items interact with the game's progression system. Please fix these purchased cosmetic and functionality issues immediately.
