Paid in Premium bf6 currency twice, Received Nothing Took the coin anyways.

Primary issue My page showed i had 1200, bf6 premium Currency, i tried spending it for tier skip for 3 skips, for 450 total. and it bugged out and froze, tried again, currency was still there until i logged/closed game out, proceeded to log back in and my currency is down from 1200 to 300 and i did NOT receive the tier skip? 

2nd issue possibly related.  It shows EAC, is off, is this an issue I know you use Javelin AntiCheat instead but why show EAC in top left corner then?

How do i fix this?  I have been away from home for the the last 3-4 weeks due to a death in the family and only played on a laptop once or twice. Could this be related?
