I’ve been playing the BF series for over 20 years and never had such issues. The level of support and customer service is at an all-time low and the level of ignorance is skyrocketing.
Perhaps it’s time to put my money elsewhere.
Community ManagerWe are actively monitoring this thread and continuing to pass reports along. I know that being stuck hanging around and unable to play is incredibly frustrating, especially when it impacts a game and series you have cared about for so long.
This is being investigated. There is a lot happening behind the scenes, even if that is not always visible here. We are continuing to push for verified updates so we can share more with everyone as soon as we are able.
Will the root of this issue be resolved by the new season? There is still no information on the problems (workarounds are only user suggestions), and honestly, I have come to give up on this season, and I am doubtful whether the next season will provide an environment where we can play properly. I don't know whether those caught up in these troubles are a minority or a majority, but isn't it problematic that information is being shared only through this forum and other message boards? There will also be people who newly purchase BF6. I would like the official website to summarize and post the issues for each platform.

Your desire for more transparency and clearer communication about devs' areas of focus is absolutely fair. I will also pass along the suggestion. Some EA titles do use public trackers such as Trello, though different studios handle communication in different ways.
