Your desire for more transparency and clearer communication about devs' areas of focus is absolutely fair. I will also pass along the suggestion. Some EA titles do use public trackers such as Trello, though different studios handle communication in different ways.
EA_LunardustCat Please PLEASE get these guys to make a BF6 Trello board, I cannot tell you how many people are complaining in the official Discord about this same hard crashing issue for like 2-3 weeks now and NO ONE is in there to help except customers that have dealt with the same issue.
You're dealing with a lot of players that have various issues with this game and they have nowhere to turn to, to even know if their issue is on the radar or not.
