Perma banned on chat/false cheating accusation

Hi there 

I have been banned for 2 days after returning from work , I got banned on hateful conduct (a suspension off 200h or 400h would be acceptable as I’ve seen on other people having similar issue ) I appealed it since 2 times and received an email regarding that I am now cheating that’s why I am permanently banned, I did not spend £100 on this to get it took off me for cheating or 1 word, 

I am honestly lost for words, on the hateful conduct again I would accept a suspension, but I am new to pc n don’t know how to cheat nor ever I got a pc just for battlefield to play and now I am banned, I dearly value my account as I gave my first ever account to my dad and now this is the result is false ban, (EA ID - oBudLightyear) I don’t know what else to do as in to prove I don’t cheat I don’t have malicious software or any third part devices or gameplay enhancement, please could I have an account review
