It’s crazy to me how I get banned and they say I was on pc yet I don’t own a pc I play on ps 5 so my account obviously got hacked and now I’m permanently banned

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.
If you only play on PS5 and the action appears to be tied to activity on PC, I can understand why you’d believe the account may have been compromised.
Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums. If you haven’t already, the best next step would be to submit an appeal through Penalty History and clearly explain that you do not play on PC and believe the account may have been accessed by someone else.
