Phanthom edition buga report.

I'm very disappointed with this game. I have purchased the Phantom Edition on Battlefield 6, but the map is not working. I wasted my money. I have contacted the support team; still no solution. A lot of people are struggling with the same issue. Very, very bad; just eating our money.
