Phantom edition bf6 perks not showing in game

Does anyone have any idea how to get a sensible response from ea ?

I have been trying to sort out why only my pre order perks are showing in game but not my phantom edition perks.

have sent multiple tickets in to try and resolve, all i get back is an automated response from a bot and cannot connect to live chat, no option appears to connect to live chat. am seriously fed up with ea atm.

any ideas gratefully welcomed.

  • Nope, they turned off their replies as the email's I was corresponding with suddenly "shut-off" and said if I have further diffculty to reach them via the website. Well I tried that and live chat is buried or hidden as they've adjusted something. No confirmation email for submitting a ticket stating "I can't update my case" when I can see it is "Waiting for customer response" but the chat box to do so, was removed. Only option there is on the entire page is "Close case". 

    Email responses that were working before now get this delivered back: Undelivered,  thanks for contacting EA Help.
