Phantom Edition not working

Hi,

I purchased the Phantom Edition yesterday on Steam, before noon. Since then I have played the game for 4 hours or so and didnt find a single PE perk, including the skins etc., inside the game. When looking at DLC in Steam, it offers me to buy PE for 30 euros.

However, when checking the game properties itself, then DLC, it states that I have Phantom Edition installed.

I tried restarting all, the game, Steam, the PC itself. Nothing helped. No skins, no better XP, no battle pass etc.

I read that I should wait a little longer, so I did. This morning I start the game and there are still no benefits of the 100euro purchase...

Just spoke with someone from EA support basically no fix and doesn’t seem like they give 2 flying F’s! Going to request a full refund from steam for B6 phantom edition and buy BO7 when it comes out instead. At least they will try and fix any issues with their game. Good job EA, tons of COD players are giving you a chance and you are totally blowing it.

They're about to give me a refund I'm sick and tired of these game companies charging these ridiculous amounts of money for these additions and then when the game launches boom no content because oh they weren't prepared like always

I bought it today for Xbox I did the join EA to buy and get the 10% discount ( 5% actually after the cost of the EA monthly pass) then it charged me full price anyway and I didn't get the phantom package I just paid for it lol. Watching this eagerly for a fix

Literally bought the game yesterday and it's still not fixed (looking at the two week old forum posts). Steam still offering me the upgrade to Phantom...sigh.

I bought the Phantom add-on yesterday and like you, it says that it is installed but the goodies don't show up. Pretty disappointed but will wait to see what they come up with, I guess I'll twist one up and just chill til whenever!😎

I bought the phantom edition and no phantom content even though I paid extra, it asks me if I want to purchase the phantom edition even though the disc is in fact the phantom edition, I contacted ea and they keep telling me to do the same things like restart my xbox restart the game, make sure the account is linked blah blah blah but still no luck , this is now taking over my life , why won't they either send the phantom content to my account or send me compensation

I had the same issue.
Just uninstall the game and reinstall all the components of it.
Now, you will have your phantom edition.

3 months later and still haven't fixed it i bought it the 27th of Dec and I've played almost 10 hours and nothing.

nothings worked for me and I've tried verifying game files and it does not work
