Phantom Edition PC where's the upgrades?

I bought the Phantom Edition from EA App but once I opened the game the Phantom upgrades were no where to be found. On the Add-On section it says upgrade for $30... Kinda confused after I spent $100 for this game. Does the add on not come pre-loaded or where do I click to download it. I see that many of us are having this issue. Thanks!
