Phantom Edition Still Not Showing Up!!

Phantom Edition is still not showing even though i pre ordered it through the EA app, it wants to me to buy it again? I went into my account to confirm i did buy as well. When are we going to get what we paid for? it's going on a month.. Don't get the token, battle pass...
