Ping issue and freezes after update

I play with an average ping of 89-95, and after the update, it became terrible, with knockbacks and occasional hit registration failures. In previous versions, high ping wasn't noticeable at all; a ping of 95 was very stable. + FPS also dropped by 20-30% compared to previous updates and freezeing in some situasions. Im playing with i7 12700k + 5070ti is it normal 120 fps avarage in low gf in full hd?
