Ping issues

I have a normal ping of 34 everyday all day but just now and I've noticed before I kill certain occasions players and instantly my ping jumps to triple digits and give me problems the rest of the game could use a fix its happens alot the servers just dump on me all the time when it comes to pc players I die from  30 points of damage confirmed by the damage log
