Ping on Scoreboard

This does not Work - even though i have a very good connection there is no way i am getting Ping of 6ms to servers based in mainland Europe and becasue it seems to think i have a dircet connection to these servers i am so far behind Russian players german players etc showing ping of 40- 100ms 

PLease can this be resolved I cant play multiplayer at the moment
