Ping/FPS connected issue on official servers. Fix?

Hello. I am having ping spikes every 3 seconds on official servers only. After testing I figured out that if I cap the game to 45 fps the ping is stable at 30 ms but if I try to play at 50+ fps via the frame limiter, the ping spikes occur. 

I’m at a loss as to why and how fps cap is affecting my internet ping. I’m at a loss with this one. I’ve been troubleshooting this game for hours and hours. Managed to improve the time nudge but now ping is spiking despite no issue on my network.
