Player Count Issues Only in Redsec Duos Mode

Redsec Duos lobbies are constantly at low player counts when i join the lobby, it's been over 45 minutes of loading and it doesn't go above 20-30 players for me and my friend here... But every other mode is working just fine for us, not sure if its a server issue, or just a local thing? We're both located in west coast USA, maybe there is something going on? 

We were playing duos earlier without any issues, just after playing some casual and conquest modes is when we noticed that duos is having this issue today so far...
