Playstation 5 Unable to play multiplayer

I preordered and downloaded the game and then it did not work.So I uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested, and it still did not work.I don't know what to do or where to report. Sony refused to refund all because I downloaded a game I thought I would be able to play its day 3 and nothing which is unacceptable. To buy a game that I cannot even play is ridiculous. Please provide a update to playstation to fix this issue. Until then I am 100% unable to play. Have not played one second since it says I have to install multiplayer then it bring me to the store to buy and it only shows phantom edition.
