Please check your anti cheating system！

Being wrongly accused is really disgusting, and I was banned after playing for about 8 hours, so I can't get a refund from Steam. If someone says I'm cheating, then I swear that if I cheat, my whole family will die

My KD is even less than 2.Which cheater would have such a bad record?

You're not the only one, I logged in to play 3 games while searching for the best graphics settings for my RTX 3060 and pff it got suspended, my KD shouldn't be more than 0.8, I don't think that's considered cheating, support is asking me the same thing as you, there's no apparent solution at the moment and no one is talking about this

In my case, it was only 90 minutes. I can still get a refund, but I'm waiting for some sort of solution. P.S. For those who say cheaters, go back to COD. I haven't played COD since BO3. I'm more into Valorant and CS2, which I don't have any problems with.

Exactly the same here guys,

Purchased and downloaded yesterday via EA Play Pro.

Played two games, didn't use game chat or voice chat once and L/D was average.

Logged off, came back to play in the evening and bam I had a full ban, despite this not showing in the account penalties section, only shows when I try to boot up the game.

Impossible to contact support, the only way to chat with them is by chosing an alternative game via the support ticket and even then they're not really that helpful.
