Please help

So basically whenever I load into a game I can’t see any othere person and they Somtimes just a floating gun or completely invisible and all the terrain polygonal. I tried verifying the game files and clearing update cach also I uninstalled and re installed and it still is happening. If you hav had this issue pleas let me know how you fixed it
