Have the same issues and I'm on a beast (9950x3d and RTX 5080 FE, Kingston 32gb ram 8000).  They have not issued a single statement regarding it, and I have tried all the fixes.  Managed to make it so it happens a little less in matches, but the issue remains and it is incredibly frustrating.
