Thanks for your investigations! 

Got the same Issue just on Matchmaking Server and any Mode. 
CPU: RYZEN 9 5950X ( Usage 65-92%)
GPU: 4070Ti 12GB (Usage 55-82%)
RAM: 64GB 
FPS on 1080P ALL LOW: 80-100FPS (FPS Drops in Fights to 50 FPS)

Tried so many "Fixes" but nothing works. Beta was smoth as hell, no Problems at all! 

My Friend has the same Problems and hes riding on a RYZEN 7 5800X3D.

BF 6 is the only Game i have Problems with..
Hope they fix it soon...
