Is there any update with this? I have a Ryzen 5 series and never had problems during Beta or first few weeks after launch. Now I get it every match and it makes the game unplayable. I have great internet and an ethernet cable only to my pc. Never have issues on any other games either.

No updates. In my case I already uninstalled the game. I simply dont care anymore

I had to upgrade my system. It was unplayable like you said.
