Hey, folks

Just a quick one on this. The team is looking into it, but it states in the store, "Tier Skip does not count towards the Prestige Path completion."

We have also given the team feedback on this one, and we will be passing along the feedback from y'all as well.

Hi there,

I have 9 tiers left in the prestige path and I purchased BF Pro to skip them. However, the tier skip didn't work. I wanted to finish Batle Pass before the new season begins. There is no mention of BF Pro description that tier skips can only be applied to regular paths. EA please fix this!

If you purchase ANY tier skips using battlefield coins while you are within the last 10 levels of the battlepass- the skips will be purchased but not applied.

While this is mentioned within the tier skips bio at the very bottom, I believe this isn’t obvious enough to fight off a false advertising claim.

They should not be purchasable while the player is within the prestige path. As now I am down 750 battlefield coins with nothing to show for it. I had enough for the next pass and now I don’t. I have spent 3 hours within EA support asking for a refund and it seems they do not have the capacity to do that.

Please fix this issue and compensate anyone who has been affected by this. This is deceptive marketing and shouldn’t be present within battlefield 6.
