PS5 – Career Total and Season Statistics permanently stuck at 0 since first day
Hello EA/DICE,
I am experiencing a statistics tracking/display issue in Battlefield 6 on PS5.
I have been playing Battlefield 6 for approximately three days, and since my very first multiplayer match, all of my Career Total statistics have remained at 0.
This affects both:
- General / Career statistics
- Season statistics
Every statistic is showing 0, including:
- Matches played
- Total kills
- Deaths
- K/D
- Score
- Revives
- And all other Career/Season statistics
However, my actual game progression is working normally.
My:
- Career level increases normally
- Weapon XP is being awarded normally
- Weapons are leveling up normally
- Weapon attachments/unlocks are working normally
- General progression is working normally
So this does not appear to be a general progression problem. It appears to specifically affect the Career/Season statistics system or the synchronization of my profile statistics.
The important part is that the statistics have never worked for me since I started playing. They were not previously displayed correctly and then reset to zero.
I have already restarted the game and my PS5, but the statistics remain at 0.
I would appreciate it if someone could check whether my Battlefield 6 profile is correctly registered with the statistics service and whether my Career and Season statistics are actually being recorded on the server.
