Also having this issue, have cleaned out PS5 thoroughly and not experiencing with any other game. It's not the typical crash where you can send a report via PS either, just black screen and shuts off the console. Hopefully they can patch with some further optimisation for base PS5 as it's quite frustrating. I did put onto Performance mode to try and help.
