[PS5] I pre-ordered BF6 phantom edition, but its not showing

Hi i have the exact same issue. Cant find any solution

And what is exactly the reason that Playstation is playing dead and doesn’t acknowledge that there is problem? They even prevent  people to ask for refund because  game is already downloaded!?!

Same here wtf Sony/EA??? Over a hundred clams for standard even tho I paid for phantom? What and when do we get a solution? Any answers?

No was just looking into it. Yet the forum says EA has noticed the issue and is trying to fix it. So hopefully soon, luckily the game is working fine for me other then wanted the phantom skins but I guess I'll wait till its fixed. 

I paid for this on August so I have everything on day one. With the xp boost and everything. I really think this is not OK. I didn't received what I paid for. And I pre-ordered exactly to have all of this on day 1

I can't play mutliplayer still day 3 and no fix for ps5. Sony refused to refund due to it being downloaded
