PS5 Unknown Error 1:86001S:51009S: 11468332130: 1073807360Q

I know people are having this issue on steam, but I have been getting this issue on PS5. Played it for the first time no issues. Went to play it again and keep getting the same error.

Verified cache, deleted and reinstalled, changed dns, rebooted PS5, checked router, nothing seems to work.
