Mouse polling stutter has been an issue in Battlefield games for over 9 years now. It started in Battlefield 1.
DICE tried to fix mouse polling stutter in Battlefield 2042. They reduced the amount of mouse stutter but never completely eliminated it.
The game engine doesn't poll the mouse consistently. It will stop polling the mouse for awhile and the crosshair will stop moving.
Then suddenly the game engine will start polling the mouse again and all those missed polling events get delivered all at once and the crosshair stutters forward.
Since mouse polling stutter hasn't been fixed in 9 years, it will likey require a complete rewrite of the game engine code responsible for mouse input.

Your pc is the problem mate, bf2042 was 150% smooth never add any mouse input stutter, it was butter just like in COD. Amd is also known for polling rate issues not to start a fight haha

You are completely wrong. It's a game issue, not a PC one. Tried on multiple system configurations.
Yes, it was fixed on BF2042, but only recently, it had the issue on launch.

it's not a PC issue at all it's quite clearly a game issue.
