PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)

Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference...

This has been driving me insane since the beta. Only way to avoid it is to use controller for now. Frame rate is a locked 116 (120 hz with gsync and reflex boost on) and frame times are perfectly normal. Looking around and aiming with mouse just looks and feels awful. It really baffles me how nobody could have noticed that the most core mechanic of an FPS game simply doesn't work right in this game. Desperately hoping for a fix soon.

Specs: 5800X3D, 32 GB RAM, RTX 5070 Ti. Issue persists regardless of settings or performance.
