PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)

Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference...

Have the same issue. Walk sideways using A or D on keyboard and it is butter smooth. Move the mouse and it is a stuttering mess. OLED monitors makes this even more noticeable bc they pixel response is so fast. It is shocking to me that a AAA game could get out the door with such a problem. People are probably buying new gear trying to fix this. I hope they communicate a fix for this so people will know it is indeed and issue and that EA is working to fix.
