PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)

Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference...

Idk if anyone has seen this but there's a bug with horizontal recoil and sensitivity. When trying to correct or manage it, input will stutter or slow down. https://x.com/lql_00/status/1978941615319155181

This is another separate mouse issue. Might be worth opening another thread on it but Drunkzz seems aware of it already.
