Seems that the workarounds here are very different as we all have different set-ups. To me, disabling the GSYNC made it with few NVCP settings, spent my week-end on the game and tons of fun. Superb buttery smooth gaming, hope they gonna fix this so that all pc players could play as it should be.
So far I am happy as I am playing at 240 fps, mostly ultra settings, DLSS quality and frame gen 2X and it is not really affecting my gameplay (or I don't feel it). If I am experiencing over latency, I prefer that than these awful jittery mouse movements.
Something is broken for sure and must get fixed.
