Looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer. The team said it’s coming sometime during the season, not at the beginning unfortunately.

Yes, I know. But there is still the question WHY. It already worked perfectly on Labs when testing Golmud. Now with the start of Season 3 and the chance of getting playerbase back to BF6, why not implement THE MOST IMPORTANT FIX to the game? I just dont get it!
EDIT: Now that I played a few hours into the new season I see that almost NOTHING made it to the live version from the Golmud Labs Version. The new KTS LMG did not suck. Visibility was much better, reworked SOVIS Filter. Pings with Q actually worked. And of course Mouse stutter gone, absolutely fluent gameplay. This is just sad.

Does LABs run any better Point? Particularly Golmud?
Cus the live version is unbearable honestly. I'm dropping below 100fps often, and I'm CPU limited when I do, so it's a stuttery 100fps. Add in the mouse input stutter and it's just a miserable experience...and this is on a 9950X3D with the game limited to the VCache CCD properly. Nothing more I can really do to speed it up other than slamming all graphics settings to minimum, but that just feels extra bad considering the tier of HW I play on.
So far this whole season is just another bad joke tbh.

But I cant say I have this many performance issues (despite the mouse stutter ofc) on my system. i7-13700k 32GB DDR5@6400 MTS and a 4090 on the live version either.

Game just failed to compile all shaders the first time I played after the S3 update. Claimed it had completed it, but when I launched it again, it compiled more, and now its at least a bit more reasonable. About what I would expect for BF6 at least. Not amazing, but not the horrible experience I had yesterday on Golmud.
Had similar shader comp issues at the start of S2, just didn't immediately make the connection.

The only thing that conseals the issue for now is to play with frame generation on. With a good GPU/GPU combo the introduced lag is almost negligible and movement seems smooth. But don't be sad. It's just how it works out sometimes

Yeah, I can totally understand you.
