Question about cross-play matchmaking on PS5

Hi everyone

It might be a stupid question

I play Battlefield 6 on PS5 and usually keep cross-play turned off. However, I’ve noticed that when it’s off, the game only seems to match me with other PS players.

If I turn it on I get matched with Xbox players and PC as well, and my god the PC gamers just beat the hell out of you. I enjoy playing CQB just to warm up and get ready but because of this the lobbies never gets filled and the matches don’t start.

I mean if the game sees that there are equal players on both sides it should fill up the remaining lobby with bots and let ye game start, instead the lobby gets stuck at 12/16 and stays like that forever.

Just a suggestion could you make crossplay input based so if you can match PS players to Xbox as well and vice versa. At this point i am loving the game but whenever i try to play CQB the match never starts and conquest is filled with bots, and if i turn on crossplay i get smashed by PC players. can we find a middle ground where console gets matched with console.
