Railway to Golmud: Time Nudge (Xbox)

I tried to play some games on Golmud, but the "Time Nudge", when there's some destruction or a lot of people on a specific area, gave me around 100-500 ms TN. Happens only on Golmud and it is very frustrating and unplayable...
