Alright, after couple more days and matches I can definitely confirm it was caused by the XMP Profile 1 for the RAM, after switching to XMP Profile 2 no more crashes (see my post above for more details), the game runs stable.

Game started crashing for me, 3 days ago it was running perfectly. today i wasnt able to finish a single game. game suddenly freezes, if not alt tabed i have to restart my pc. moment i alt tab game instantly closes. no error codes
