Random Low FPS

- Ryzen 5 5600X
- 32GB DDR4-3600
- 6750XT 12GB

Half the time, the game runs butter smooth at 80-100 FPS, no performance issues whatsoever. I can even record/stream and game performance is unaffected.

The other half of the time, the game drops down to 40-50 FPS and becomes very choppy, lots of rubberbanding, all the smoothness is gone.

I've tried:
- Switching from Borderless to Fullscreen (seemed to work at first, but then the problem came back)
- Purged graphics driver with DDU and then reinstalled
- Restarted the game and my computer many times

The only thing that seems to help is restarting game/computer, but it's luck of the draw. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Neither CPU, GPU, nor RAM are anywhere approaching 100% usage when this happens, CPU and GPU stay around 60-80%, occasionally jumping into the 90s for a bit, but I'm definitely not being pinned at 100% or anything. Temps are also fine.

  • mon0theist let's take a look at the performance graph. Type this into BF6 command console.
