I believe this is like screen tearing. Try vertical vsync, I just tried using it and it stopped after it happened many times before in the same game. I believe its the solution. I've never in my 10 years of gaming had enable this setting due to screen tearing so I've never seen what it actually looks like. Usually vsync make my game feel off like input lag but this feels good.

I rather not play with vsync on. I have been trying several things like disabling g-sync and vrr etc etc. Currently it seems to only be happening when there is a explosion nearby like a grenade, I'll just see it for a second before it dissapears without having to alt+tab.
