Ranked Crashing and failure to rejoin

Hi all,

Since the update, I've had multiple freezes and crashes during Ranked matches particularly upon first landing at the start of the match. Upon restarting the game and clicking to rejoin the match in progress, I'd estimate 60% of the time it doesn't work and I can't rejoin leading to me getting a matchmaking ban and -RP. I've probably lost about 200  RP so far not including any RP I would get from kills and assists during those matches so potentially up to maybe 750 RP.

This is on series S but I've seen others on other platforms having similar issues - can a dev please take a look at this?
