Ranked Latency

Me and several of my friends are experiencing insane (for us) latency in Ranked lobbies. Latencies between 110-150ms are frequently the norm and it has a clear affect on gunfights. Right from the get-go the latency symbol is present when loading into the lobby and it is clearly a server issue not my ISP as I dont have this issue in Multiplayer or non-Ranked lobbies.
