Every time i ever try to enter a server i only get a black waiting screen and game never opens. If i get so luck and one time opens in a 100 then after the round ends i get black screen before the start of the next round.
I did everything i could find on the internet. Used DDU and reinstall latest Nvidia drivers to play game in borderless to even reinstalling to the game.
I even disabled the core performance boost and PBO in BIOS.
I have the same problem. Sometimes text appears and it goes to the menu, sometimes it stays on a black screen.

Soruce of my issue only came up when i moved my game files from the one hard drive to and SSD when it the game had issues (first 3/4 issues i listed below) before my game of course loaded very slowly. I then uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled it and had the SAME ISSUES!
Before my game opens i get a black screen that sits there for 1–2 minutes then my actual games starts. i then open the game, go through the cutscene wait for the shaders to load and try to actually join a game . When i actually join a game I load up i can't even the join , i get put outside the normal loading screen (2nd image). Then it says i was AFK for too long in the 3rd image . I tried to open the game with a vpn and i got the 4th image for the first time . Everything i do is through ea play

Evet superonline ama onunla alakası olamaz çok saçma. Üstelik 1 Gbps simetrik fiber hat benimkisi. Ek olarak statik IP kullanıyorum. İnternet servis sağlayıcısı ile alakalı değildir. - Yes, Superonline, but it can't be related to that. It's ridiculous. Besides, I have a 1 Gbps symmetrical fiber line. I also use a static IP address. It has nothing to do with my internet service provider.

After entering the game, when I try to start a match, the screen goes black. I can hear the ambient sounds from the loading screen in the background, but the game stays on the black screen. Sometimes, after closing and reopening the game, I can enter the first match. However, I can't join any matches after that. Every time the map is about to load, the game gets stuck on a black screen.
I don't think it's caused by my hardware. I have an i9-13900K, RTX 4090 and 32 Gb RAM. I tried repairing the game and even reinstalled it, but it didn't help.
Is there anyone else experiencing the same issue as me? I’d really appreciate it if you could help.
Sounds like a matchmaking issue and trouble connecting to the game server. Try enabling Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) on the home router.
It could also be a server issue on EA's end. If so there's probably nothing you can do on your end to fix it.

Superonline'ı arayıp durumu anlatıp şikayet kaydı açabilirsin.
Onlara söyledim, bizim tarafımızda herhangi bir sorun görmediklerini söylediler. Başkalarına da sordum, onlarda da aynı sorun var ve onlar Türkiye'den değillermiş. Ne yapacağımı bilmiyorum.

It is same for me. I also have this problem with Apex Legends. Connection to EA Servers from Turkcell Superonline (Turkish ISP) doesn't working.
Solution: Using a VPN or Cloudflare Warp service. It add minimum 20+ ms to connection though.
Connection to match without VPN is nearly impossible. Maybe 1 of 10 connection attempt is successful.
Game also somehow not detecting connection problems. No connection warning even waiting 3 minutes on black screen.
Btw, interestingly, the BF2042 is working normally.
I've contacted my ISP a couple of times. I reported the problem, but they're not interested. Perhaps if EA officials notify Superonline, they'll take action.

I've tried all the solutions so far (reinstalling the game, GPU settings, updating drivers, etc.), but I still get a black screen when entering some games. After finding the game and my character performing the stand-up animation, it stays on a black screen instead of the map loading screen, and I have to press alt-f4 each time. This happens completely randomly. Sometimes it happens when I try to enter the game directly from the main menu, and sometimes it stays on a black screen on the screen of another game that I've finished before entering it without a black screen. I'm running the game on the EA app. My graphics card is a 5070TI. I'm sure I meet all the other requirements. I haven't encountered any crashes or errors. I want to play this game without closing and reopening it every other game, please help.

Are you using Superonline? (Turkish ISP) I think Superonline users have this problem, I have it too.

I checked, but it was already active. To be sure, I saved the settings, restarted the whole system, and tried again. Still, after playing the first match, it got stuck on a black screen while loading the second one.

Hello I was wondering if anyone had any solutions for my issue and would be willing to assist me. My game works perfectly fine up until the point where I attempt to join a multiplayer lobby. The game queues for a match, finds one, but as soon as I begin to load into the match I'm greeted with an eternal black screen of misery and despair. I did not have these issues my first time playing the game either, this started the next day upon relaunching the game. This is on the steam version of the game
Most likely a matchmaking issue. Probably having trouble connecting to the server.
I'm not sure what's causing it or how to fix it.
A forum member in the thread below is having the same issue on a Turkish ISP called Superonline.
I don't believe it's a matchmaking issue because it's consistently happening all day and even after multiple resets. I did actually read that thread you mentioned prior to posting, but they can't seem to come to a conclusive answer either outside of speculating it's their countries ISP

Bende de superonline fiber 1gbps var ve aynı sorun.. Toplu bir şekilde şikayetvar'a falan yazmak lazım BTK'ya şikayet etsek sonuç alır mıyız emin değilim, can sıkıncı bir sorun.
I also use superonline ISP and getting blackscreen when machmaking.
Friends, if you are from Turkiye and using Superonline ISP please contact them and ask them to fix this problem. It look like it ISP problem since most of the people who are reporting this issues are from Türkiye and using Superonline ISP. If enough people call them and report the problem they might look into it. Thank you.

My message marked as solution but it is not fixing problem. It is just a workaround. I am having this problem maybe for 6 months or longer about Apex Legends. Superonline is not accepting they have any problem with connection. They're only offering to send a technician to check router or physical connections.
