Subject: Game-breaking bug in Support Specialist Assignment - Fix your game or lose your players!

To the EA Development and Support Team,

I am writing this out of sheer frustration. I have been trying to complete the "Support Specialist" (Stage 2) assignment to resupply teammates 135 times with the Supply Pouch. Despite doing exactly what is required, throwing countless pouches, and even trying workarounds in Portal mode—the counter is completely frozen at 0/135.

This is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I feel completely ignored. Every single time you release a new update, you break something else and release new bugs. It feels like you just don't care about your player base or your customers anymore. You ignore our reports, do whatever you want, and leave us stuck with broken progression.

I demand a direct solution or a hotfix for this bug within 48 hours. I did not buy this game to be a beta tester for your broken updates. Don't be surprised when people completely stop playing your game—the way you treat your community is disgusting.

Fix my assignment progression, or give me a solution now. I am tired of being stuck because of your mistakes
