Really frustrated

My battlefield account reset... im so frustrated I dont know what happened. My ea account is connected to my ps5 for idk why my purchases and progress is gone? Wtf. Was there a new update. Worse part ea is no help. How is all my stuff gone but my name and my setting are there..
