Recon weapon optic mildot to distance correlation

I've noticed that for example the 6x optics mildot to distance correlation is way off, I have noticed that the 1st mildot is not set 200m as it supposed to be and the rest follow suit, the 8x optics the reticle doesn't even correlate to any long range optics I've ever seen, it has no distance gradient nor correlation to any the 6x is better as far as a complete reticle but does not have the magnification for landing shots greater then 600m, I was wondering if any one else has issues with this, mind you I am not using the rangefinder, I prefer my gameplay to based on knowledge of mildot to range correlation.
