Yeah I'm also in top 100, was contacted the same way in X from the official Battlefield user, I was at rank 26, made +286M https://x.com/i/status/1956779929044918480
I opened a case at EA and got some bs auto reply mail that got in my spam, I replied to it, will keep you posted if they solve anything

Troubleshoot missing Battlefield 6 content.
Hi spectre1914,We know it can be frustrating when content doesn’t show up.
Any content you pre-ordered or earned before Battlefield 6 came out should be available in the Loadouts tab when you log in to the game.
If it’s not there, try rebooting your game, then make sure you earned your content by checking the information below.
Pre-order content
If you ordered the Phantom Edition, you’ll get all the Phantom Edition content and the Tombstone Pack pre-order content.
If you ordered the Standard Edition, you’ll get the Tombstone Pack pre-order content.
If you’re not sure what was in each edition, check our guide for help.Battlefield 6 Beta rewards
You must have completed the challenges in the Battlefield 6 Beta to have earned these rewards. You can see each challenge’s reward in our guide.
You can’t earn them afterwards, and we can’t grant them to you if you didn’t earn them.
Battlefield 2042 unlocks
Any Road to Battlefield 6 items must have been earned before October 7, 2025.
You can’t earn them afterwards, and we can’t grant them to you if you didn’t earn them.
You have to redeem your content in Battlefield 6 before March 31, 2026.
Troubleshoot missing content
Once you’ve confirmed you earned your content and rebooted your system, try these steps.
Make sure you’re logged in to the right EA and platform account.
Check the server status for Battlefield 6 and your platform. If there’s something wrong with the servers, your content might not come through.
Visit EA Forums to see if other players are having the same issues or there’s a fix.
Check @Battlefield and @EAHelp for updates or news that might relate to your missing content.
If you bought something with real-world money, confirm the transaction went through with your bank and the retailer.
Still can’t find what’s missing?If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t find your missing content after 24 hours, we need the following information to help you.
Your EA Account email
The console or platform you play on
Your platform account username
Details about the missing content
How or where you got the content
The approximate date and time you got the content, and when you noticed it was missing
Proof of purchase if you bought the missing content with real money

So after going back and forward with customer support, they adviced me to "write a thread here".... They were so useless that no one could even point me out what is the reward. It turns out it's the "Guns Blazing" vehicle decal. Here's their useless reply before they closed the case:

At this time, I regret to inform you that we’re unable to make changes or grant in-game content directly from our end. Game rewards and features are managed by the development team and are governed by in-game systems and algorithms that we cannot manually override.
That said, your report has been recorded and forwarded for review. We genuinely value your feedback and the screenshot you provided, it helps ensure that issues like this are properly investigated.
