Is your laptop crashing to Windows desktop or is it completely powering off?
I did that already when I hit submit it directed me to this page with no links to EA support. And I have no cases in my account tab.
It crashes to desktop.I just want my money back on PC purchase so i can get it on xbox instead because that will be more reliable I think.
