Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing severe screen flickering and visual artifacts when playing Battlefield 6 on my Xbox Series X — even after the latest update (October 28, 2025).
Here are my details and everything I’ve tried so far:
- Console: Xbox Series X
- TV: LG OLED 4K 60 Hz (also tested on another LG non-OLED TV — same issue)
- HDMI cable: Replaced with a certified 2.1 cable — no change
- Resolution: Tried 4K, 1440p, and 1080p
- HDR: Disabled
- In-game mode: Performance mode (also tried Balanced)
- VRR and ALLM tested both on and off
- Game reinstalled, console cache cleared, system fully updated
The issue persists under all conditions. The screen constantly flickers and shows strange visual artifacts during gameplay, especially in bright or dynamic scenes.
Since it happens across multiple TVs and cables, I assume this is a rendering or engine bug specific to the Xbox Series X version.
Could someone from EA/DICE please confirm if this issue is being investigated and if a fix is planned for an upcoming patch?
